Help!!!
I’m really stuck on this project and my problem has a slight air of urgency as I have to give the camera back in the morning and its booked on all the other days.
So any help within the hour would be fantastic!!!
This two and a bit week landscape and intervention project is to be resolved in a short film by Tuesday, so I should know what I’m doing. My idea was to film the changing natural and artificial light on a box that I brought my stuff up to Dundee in. This was meant to examine the reality of living in these newly built halls.
So I started filming last week thorough the day and got some nice shots, unfortunately I left the box out on Friday and someone has apparently snaffled it, It is Dundee.
So now I have to change boxes and some how work this into the idea.
I can’t really just change to a complete different box with different connotations without mentioning it can I?
I was thinking I could do the video in three sections.
1. The original box empty with natural light,
2. this new ikea storage box with stronger overhead lighting
and possibly 3. the new box remodelled (hehe) to look like the old box using the Dedo lighting kit and the overhead lights.
I was thinking that would draw attention to the idea of the heightened awareness of our living arrangements.
I have two other wee problems too, i just got a text to say that the camera I have isn’t working and now its been cleaned but I’m not sure it’ll make any difference.
Plus I’m really not sure if this is what I’m expected to do, not that that matters. I’m sure other people are filming landscape and not giving a Public Artesque consideration to the concept.
