I have something to show you.

This is the little piece Ive been working on. I would display this in an empty space as if this is the information desk for the room, like the little table with the business cards on in exhibitions. I started this because I was thinking about these tables and also about how you make a space a home.

Working on the interior for the bottom shelf, and caring for the plant on the top shelf makes the space a perfect home to me, because I have given something to them.

Im not done tidying up the photos and the finish of the shelves but hopefully you can get the jist of what im thinking about.

(Thank you) x.

Hello, this has been a great few days.

My boy came home from Berlin, I had a great day with my mum and sister in the Botanics ( I went to see this show out of curiosity) AND I found this fantastically naff book entitled “Birds – A Celebration In Words And Painting”!

I hope you’re all well too x.

Oooooh I dunno if I said before that I was also trying to make a table this week, to put a little scupture on. Neither the table or sculpture were a success. As I predicted, but I really really have enjoyed drawing the broken pieces of the table.

Jesus was a carpenter – can’t get better than that.
